Co-Buyer Matching Program

Two households. One home. Two titles.

The Generational Home Plan puts two households into one property, split into two homes with two titles, so each side owns rather than rents. If you have no property yet and nobody to buy with, this list is how Cam finds you a household that fits on budget, timeline and how you want to live.

A detached home here runs roughly $1.1 million to $1.4 million. Split between two households with the conversion included, a share starts from about $550,000. These are ranges, not quotes. Every project is priced after a site visit.

Here is exactly how the matching works, step by step. No contact details are shared and no one is introduced until both sides say yes.

Before you start, here is the process

  1. 01

    Apply online

You fill in this form. Budget, timeline and how you want to live.

  2. 02

Criminal record check and a phone interview

Both happen before anyone is put forward as a match.

  3. 03

A profile card once screening goes well

The card carries no last names and no financial details. It is how each side gets a sense of the other before anyone meets.

  4. 04

An introduction over coffee, by mutual agreement only

If either side would rather not meet, nothing happens.

  5. 05

No contact details shared before that point

Your name and contact details stay with us until an introduction is agreed.
